The exterior showcases an exceptional straight and solid original body finished in this cars correct Beige metallic paint. The black racing stripes and front spoiler offer hints at the increased performance capabilities of this Datsun. The wheels of choice are these Eagle Alloy 15-inch rims, giving the car a great stance and curb appeal. The bumpers show well front to back.

Under the hood is the beefed up powertrain, led by the Chevrolet 350 cubic inch smallblock V8 (casting # 3970010), paired with the 700R4 Automatic Transmission. This engine runs out good and fits very well. The valve covers are classic finned aluminum M/T units paired with a low profile breather. The underbody showcases exceptional flooring throughout. The suspension is in good condition front to back. The exhaust is custom and the gas tank was previously replaced. As you know, the Datsun Z cars are rust prone in many areas. This car is very solid as you can see in the photos.

The spare tire well is solid and intact, complete with the factory spare tire/wheel and jacking tools. The white door panels show their age, but are intact and the door undersides are solid. The dash features a half dash cover, to cover the typical cracks associated with these dashes. Most people never notice a dash cover. This car was set up right with both the speedometer and tachometer functional. An aftermarket AM/FM stereo CD player has been installed as well.

The shifter is a B&M Quicksilver shifter, mated to the 700R4 Automatic Overdrive transmission. This custom speaker box assembly is paired with the aftermarket AM/FM Cassette Stereo head unit. The black vinyl seating is in excellent condition, showcasing replaced seat covers and excellent foam. This is your opportunity to own a very cool 1977 Nissan/Datsun 280Z.
