Texas Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to present this well-maintained 1972 Mercedes-Benz 350SL Roadster. 1972 would bring the first year of the classic R107 Mercedes chassis. This line would be produced until 1989 in various configurations.
The blue soft top is clean and seals well. It has had a tear repaired on the driver's side, photographed.
In addition to the blue soft top, we have the auxiliary hardtop, also in exceptional condition, complete with the headliner and weather-strip.

Under the hood is the Mercedes 4.5 Liter V8 engine with 230 SAE horsepower rating. This power plant is paired with the 3-speed automatic transmission. Further inspection of the engine compartment will reveal solid firewall, inner fender, and core support steel along with factory components and identification. This car was recently serviced at Kraus Automotive in Lewisville, Texas. The air conditioning blows cold.
The undercarriage features factory independent front and rear wishbone suspension along with solid flooring throughout.
The door panels are clean and detailed. The door undersides are solid.
The white finish shows well throughout. The body is straight and clean. The paint is in very good condition with a few imperfections.
