Fly High or Fly Low, many of our photos of this classic '56 Chevy were taken at the Dallas Love Field Frontiers of Flight Museum, located only minutes from our showroom. Be sure to visit our friends at the Flight Museum if you find yourself in Dallas, Texas. This classic Two-Ten Chevrolet has been treated to a complete restoration, disassembled and restored throughout. The paint and body is in excellent condition as is the brightwork throughout this '56. The stance is courtesy of a number of things. 2-Inch dropped spindles feature 4-wheel-disc-brakes & 17-Inch Foose wheels wrapped in 235/55ZR17s front & rear.

The engine compartment is clean and detailed throughout. The engine is a vintage rebuilt 427 4bbl. V8 with an aluminum intake, 4bbl. carburetor, upgraded ignition, mild cam, and header dual exhaust system with mufflers. It sounds excellent. Be sure to play our video. Open the doors to yesterday, today. The interior is in excellent condition, featuring custom original-style vinyl seating with threaded cloth inserts, The door panels are restored to match.

A chromed ididit tilt steering column is paired with a Grant GT signature series wood wheel. The gauge cluster is the correct one, in great shape. The dash trim shows well throughout this '56. This one will take you back, or forward through 4 gears courtesy of the Muncie 4-speed & classic 427 big block. This powerplant should produce as easy 400 horsepower. Engine Cooling is handled by a Be Cool aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. The aluminum custom core support shows extremely well.

The firewall displays clean and detailed sheetmetal throughout along with excellent sheetmetal throughout the inner fenders. The differential is built for the extra power, a 9-inch Ford unit, complete with rear disc brakes. The underbody and frame have been under-coated and are in good condition throughout. The suspension features replaced de-arched rear springs along with 2-inch spindles. The steering is power rack & pinion.

The trunk shows well, complete with the rubber mat and a professionally mounted Alpine 6-Disc CD Changer & Amplifier. The Fifty-Six has an endearing aura all its own in the Tri-Five Chevrolet run. This car runs and drives excellent. It is a pleasure to cruise.
