In the history of automobile, the 1951 Ford F-1 pickup marked a turning point in both styling and engine design. This meant better functionality and ergonomics in a time when both the accent was put mainly on force and engine optimization.

951 Ford truck was painted a different exterior color, it was originally all green. It was painted a dark maroon to match the Texas A&M color. According to the previous owner, it was owned by the college and  it attended  all of  the home games at A & M.

This 1951 Ford Truck sits on P235 75 R/15 both in the rear and the front of the car.

The quality of the paint is extremely professional as can be seen with the reflection in the picture. The current owner has kept this truck in storage and taken very good care of this great old '51 Ford.

We are not sure just when the restoration was done, but the truck has been driven very little over the past few years.  years.

Simple and clean  is the interior which  has been completely restored about five or six years ago, while holding  to its original roots. The bench is comfortable with a renewed vinyl cover with its fresh upholstery and matching door panels. The interior is showcasing a typical 1951 steering wheel, with an original dashboard that has been repainted to match the exterior color. The gauges shown in the picture are working as they should be. Very low mileage and not showing much use this truck has been very well taken care of and ready to impress some A&M fans on the streets. The bed was redone and is in great condition.

There's no doubt that Ford was hitting on all  eight cylinder when they rolled out  the 1951 F-1, and this maroon pickup hits all the right notes. With a flat head under the hood, a stylish interior , this attention grabber is everything you would want.

From the cool single-bar grille with its three "teeth"to the sleek hood trim, everything has been plated or polished to look as good as new.

It's equipped with a three speed transmission with a restored engine, the ford heads were replaced with mercury heads to give more power to this truck.
